Partial demolition of a 1930’s office building over a retained Ferrari showroom, with the construction of a new 5-storey residential building. High quality development incorporating large, lateral apartments. Floor plates were extended to front and rear with an additional fifth floor storey; complex solution working with the existing structure at Ground Floor and Basement. Surrounded by conservation areas, the approval of the contemporary, contextual design in matt terracotta cladding involved presentation to the RBKC Architect’s Appraisal Panel, following which the design was refined as  illustrated in the visuals
