Nigel Perryer, BSc (Hons) Dip Arch ARB, formed the company in 2005. We have expanded successfully and now work with highly qualified and motivated architects and technicians from our offices in East Putney, London.

Teams work in open-plan spaces, with all correspondence and design work circulated and discussed in detail. We have generated a successful design studio by sharing our knowledge, expertise and cultures and applying our resources to deliver progressive local solutions.

Our architecture shows how contemporary, contextual design can benefit fine historic environments. Working with the client, every project is explored with concept design options seeking to maximise the site potential.

We have extensive experience with Listed Buildings and sites within Conservation Areas, where an understanding of the planning system is of paramount importance. We have established good relationships with planning and conservation officers, especially in the boroughs of Chelsea and Westminster where the heritage constraints require experience and skill to deliver architecture that fulfils a client’s aspirations.

A rapidly evolving planning landscape, coupled with London Estates such as Grosvenor and Cadogan, can present substantial obstacles to the realisation of any project. We are well placed to manage this process and deliver up the optimum scheme.

Achieving the right planning consent demands an ever increasing level of expertise. New basement developments, for example, require layers of specialist information, where the assembly of a consultant team with the requisite levels of skill and experience is key.
